Lemon Balm (Melissa) Tea
Lemon balm has a happy reputation as a healing & refreshing plant. In Southern Europe it is called ‘the elixir of life’ as the regular drinking of Lemon Balm tea was said to increase the life span. Llewellyn, Prince of Glamorgan in the 13th century, was said to have drunk the tea daily and he lived to be 108 years old. In more recent times, John Hussey of Sydenham, who drank the tea often, lived to 116!

1pt boiling water
Infuse for 10-15 minutes & take a cup morning & evening.
