CHARCOAL DISKS (large)

Impregnated with saltpetre; very easy to light! Used for burning herbs and incense mixtures. Use in incense burners, ashpots or metal or ceramic ashtray placed on a heat-proof surface.  Occasionally, brush off the grey ash that forms on the outside so the inside of the disk can burn.  Charcoal tongs are very useful for this as well as for holding the disk when lighting it.  Also for turning the disk over to let the other side burn.  Be sure the charcoal is  cold and has finished burning before disposing of the ash.
