A native of Mexico; can be worn, added to bath herbs or used in spells for its aphrodisiac reputation. Has been used in ritual smoking mixes for the same purpose.

Damiana Tea
2 heaped tablespoons Damiana boiled in 1 cup water for five minutes. Cool, strain & drink in the evening.
Many women in Mexico have found that a cup of damiana tea taken one or two hours before intercourse helps to immerse them in the sex act! It is believed to have a tonic effect on the sexual organs & the nervous system. Most effective when used in a combination with Saw Palmetto berries in a 1:1 ratio.

4 parts Damiana
4 parts Scullcap
1/2 part Lobelia
4 parts Passionflower
1 part Spearmint
